Pedal for 20-25 minutes to reach the bay and experience 30 minutes of the natural magic of bioluminescence, without the need for glass-bottomed boats, creating stunning moments you'll always remember. On the way back, relax and enjoy the silence of the night and the views of the stars. All our tours are conducted on double Chiliboats. What Makes Chiliboats Unique Chiliboats are catamaran-style waterbikes, designed for comfort, stability, and easy pedaling. Thanks to our human anatomy, pedaling becomes natural and easy, using your legs at all times. Additionally, they feature an ergonomic saddle with a rigid backrest, providing extra comfort throughout the ride. Enjoy a relaxing ride with the security and comfort that only Chiliboats can offer. At Chiliboats, we cater to all adventurers. Our tours are fully certified and designed for all fitness levels. If you can walk for 60 minutes, you're ready to join us and immerse yourself in this breathtaking natural phenomenon! Note about Bioluminescence: Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon that we cannot control. Many factors affect the intensity of the glow, and its visibility can vary. However, our guides will always do their best to ensure that you have the best possible experience. **Special instructions** - Punctual Departures: Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We won't be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a 'No Show'. Reserved spaces won't be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged. - Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. If your group is odd, you will be split. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences. - Height Requirements: Minimum height: 4'6' (54 inches / 137 cm / 1.37 m) Maximum height: 6'5' (77 inches / 196 cm / 1.96 m) -Important: There are no restroom facilities available as we are in a natural reserve. Please plan accordingly to ensure your comfort during the tour. - Approximate Total Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours 1. - In the Caribbean, brief showers are common, but tours proceed as scheduled. The decision to cancel or continue will be made at the meeting point based on the route leader’s experience. You must present the ID and credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing everyone about arrival time and requirements. Dark nights are optimal for viewing! The closer it is to the New Moon phase, the more intense the bioluminescence will be. You can check our reservation calendar and select your preferred day. Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon, so we cannot guarantee the intensity of your experience. However, we strive to set accurate expectations for our guests. The intensity of bioluminescence depends on various climatic factors such as sediment carried by rain, tides, moon phases, sunlight, and other natural elements beyond our control.
