The Aguirre Golf Club has been open since 1928 and is the oldest golf course in Puerto Rico. The course is located in the Porta Caribe (South Region) of the island in the town of Salinas. On the grounds of an old sugar mill the course provides a good test for even the most skilled golfers. This short 9-hole course has a couple of water hazard holes and moderate bunkering throughout in addition some majestic 100-year old trees come into play. Scenic views of the sea and mountains.
