Aventureo PR

Aventureo PR are a group of tour guides, experienced in adventure tours. They offer three different packages for their guests.

Fajardo Bio Bay:

This is a nighttime trip, where guests paddle through the mangrove plants towards their destination of the 'Laguna Grande' (Big Lake). At the lake, guests can witness one of the most interesting natural phenomenon in the world. Laguna Grande is home to millions of microscopic plankton, Pyrodinium Bahamense, which emit a glow of natural light, stimulated by interaction with a human hand. This interference does not in any way damage the ecosystem; all the guides are fully trained in environmental protection and preservation, and aim to increase awareness of these creatures.

Tanama Adventure

The Tanama Adventure is a daytime trip and includes activities such as hiking, cave exploring and body rafting. Although this sounds physically demanding, as long as you do not have any underlying health conditions, most people will be capable of the fitness level required. As well as being fun this is educational. Beginning in the Tanama Forest with a hike, through a bamboo forest to the Urayoan Tunnel. At 300 metres in length guests are now required to submerge themselves in the water and swim to the other end. This cave is naturally beautiful and will take 25 minutes to swim from one end to another, although there is no current or rapids. Following this, there is a walk through the Canon del Tanama with lots of springs.

Kayak Guajataca Adventure

If that sounds too demanding for you, the kayak adventure on the Guajataca river may by more appropriate, where you will get the chance to see local migratory birds, turtles, fish and other animals.
