Description
Experience a unique yoga class on the beach in front of the ocean. Practice yoga under the sun, with the sound of the waves and the wind in the background. Meet your guide at a local park in front of the beach, then set up your beach towels (or mats) right on the sand under the palm trees. In the morning, the waves and winds are calm and the sun is not too hot – ideal conditions for an outdoor class. Your teacher will then guide you through a gentle warm-up of rooting into the soft sand, stretching under the warm sun, and syncing the breath to the rhythm of the ocean. Set intentions as you practice, moving through a Vinyasa flow to bring up the heart rate, strengthen your body and focus your mind. Do classic yoga exercises like the 'sun salutation' the way it was meant to be done – under the sun. End your practice with a cool down and energy cleansing. Your teacher will lead a guided meditation as the island breeze gently lowers your body temperature and calms the mind to a tranquil state. Leave feeling zen - a great way to start the day.Includes
